The Opportunity
Kargo is looking for a seasoned seller to drive market share across Melbourne, Victoria by deepening trusted agency and direct client relationships that convert into high-value, recurring revenue. You'll inherit a warm book of business with consistent repeat clients — your mission is to retain and grow those accounts while unlocking net new business across your designated patch. The Daily To-Do
- Maintain a consistent, visible presence across your designated patch of agency and direct clients
- Run a minimum of 5–7 business meetings per week
- Deliver a minimum of 35 pieces of custom, value-based outreach per week
- Entertain clients and invest in long-term relationship building
- Cross-sell, upsell, and build customised solutions tailored to each client's goals
- Retain and grow your inherited book of business while actively prospecting net new accounts
- Manage your pipeline and forecast accurately in Salesforce
Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital advertising sales experience with a consultative approach
- Deep programmatic expertise and CTV/connected TV knowledge
- Strong relationships across agency holding groups plus a track record of direct client development
- Proven pipeline management and forecasting discipline, with Salesforce CRM proficiency
- Skilled at building ROI-driven proposals and customised client solutions
- Strong cross-functional collaborator who works seamlessly with internal teams to deliver for clients
