Job Brief:
This is a graduate role with two sides to it. On the sales side, you'll be on the front line of Wahed's growth - every day new clients sign up and pass verification, and you'll be the first human voice they hear. On the operations side, you'll own the processes that keep our Baker Street office running - getting new joiners set up on day one, keeping the workspace safe and secure, and managing the suppliers and systems behind it.
It's a rare first job: you'll build a commercial track record and a genuine understanding of how a business actually operates, at the same time. You'll learn our full product range inside out, own your own pipeline from day one, and work directly with our HR, Finance and IT teams. For the right person it opens a clear path into a Relationship Manager role, or deeper into operations.
