Job Summary:

The CRM Systems Specialist provides frontline support for Salesforce.com and related business applications, helping drive user adoption, data quality, and system effectiveness across the organization. Reporting to the Manager, Global Sales Systems - International, this role is responsible for Salesforce administration, user support, data maintenance, troubleshooting, training, and documentation. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements, process improvements, and business initiatives while serving as a Tier I support resource and managing user requests through a structured case management process.
Location: Ideally within commuting distance of our Piacenza or Runcorn offices.
Pay Transparency: dependent on experience in relation to the position, the salary would be between €50,000 - 58,000 per annum
