Trane Technologies is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Salesforce Delivery Leader to join our Global Salesforce Practice in Bangalore. With 17+ years of overall IT experience and at least 10 years of deep, hands-on Salesforce expertise, this leader will anchor our growing global Salesforce practice and drive end-to-end delivery excellence.

In this senior leadership role, you will serve as the custodian of our Salesforce delivery engine, ensuring that POD teams execute with technical rigor, predictable delivery, and alignment to Trane Technologies’ global Customer Experience strategy. You will mentor and guide POD Leads, Architects, and Developers across Bangalore and global teams, fostering a culture grounded in innovation, customer-first thinking, and operational excellence

Key Responsibilities

1.     Salesforce Delivery Strategy & POD Oversight

• Provide governance and direction to multiple Salesforce PODs within the Bangalore Global Practice.
• Ensure each POD delivers against milestones, velocity expectations, and quality KPIs.
• Define and enforce global delivery and architectural standards aligned with Trane Technologies’ Salesforce guidelines, including Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations, and platform security.
• Own sandbox strategy and release governance, ensuring stable and repeatable deployments through CI/CD pipelines such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Act as the top-level escalation point for delivery risks, technical bottlenecks, integration issues, and architectural challenges.

2. Operational Excellence & P&L Accountability

• Manage the financial performance of Salesforce delivery in Bangalore, ensuring productivity, budget adherence, and predictable margins.
• Establish robust reporting mechanisms (weekly and monthly) providing insight on sprint performance, velocity, technical debt, and resource utilization.
• Support Trane Technologies’ innovation roadmap by driving adoption of Salesforce advancements such as Salesforce AI/Einstein, Data Cloud, DevOps Center, and automation tools.

3. Stakeholder & Client Management

• Serve as a senior delivery leader representing the Bangalore practice for global stakeholders.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with cross-functional business partners, product owners, and global delivery teams.
• Partner with Sales and Solution Architects to assess feasibility, estimate complex Salesforce work, and support global pre‑sales initiatives.

4. People Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead, coach, and develop POD Leads, Technical Architects, Senior Developers, and Analysts.
• Drive career development, technical upskilling, and continuous learning within the Bangalore Salesforce talent community.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing and promote engineering excellence, focusing on areas like Apex best practices, LWC, Integration Patterns, Flow Orchestration, and platform governance.

Qualifications

Experience

• 17+ years of total IT experience, with 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in development, analysis, architecture, and delivery leadership.
• Proven expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Integration Patterns, and platform security.
• Strong background in translating complex business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams or PODs in a global delivery model.
• Deep experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies tailored to Salesforce delivery.
• Strong financial acumen with experience handling P&L, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across geographies.

• Ability to align Bangalore Salesforce delivery operations with Trane Technologies’ global roadmap and strategic priorities.
• Experience driving organizational change and adoption of new Salesforce tools and delivery frameworks.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, particularly in high-stakes or time-sensitive environments.
• A passion for emerging Salesforce technologies and continuous improvement.
