SAP Projects & Support Expert (F/M/D)

Responsibilities:

• Technical Consultation and User Support: Collaborate with business teams to identify application requirements, define technical specifications, and provide consulting support for operational issues. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving user issues, ensuring smooth application functionality and efficient workflows
• Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training to users, conduct user testing, and support continuous improvement through detailed feedback and process optimization. Support knowledge transfer initiatives to ensure end-users are well-equipped to use the application effectively
• Application Implementation and Project Management: Independently lead and manage small projects and rollouts for applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Support larger projects as required, ensuring adherence to the established scope and project goals
• Application Consulting, Process Definition, and Global Standard Development: Support and implement global standards and best practices for application consulting, process definition, and system development, ensuring proper configuration and customization in alignment with business requirements. Ensure that established configurations and standards are consistently followed during rollouts and system maintenance
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and updates, ensuring consistency across systems and easy access for stakeholders
• Support and assist in managing relationships with external service providers, ensuring timely project delivery and system maintenance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in application support or consulting for SAP Warehouse Management, Production Planning, Materials Management Modules including process design
• English is mandatory on advanced level
• Experience in working with international teams
• Affinity to business processes is beneficial and High IT Affinity
• Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office
