Position Highlights

This position provides support for a variety of administrative processes and projects for the Senior Associate Dean in the dean’s office. Primary responsibilities include: support of academic services and operations in the dean’s office, e.g., promotion & tenure, mid-tenure, faculty affairs, conflict of interest/training processes, accreditation, and college committee support.  Serves as primary liaison for all academic operations/services with the provost's office.  In addition, provides assessment management and administrative support for accreditation and curriculum management processes. Demonstrates initiative and leadership in facilitating communication with different stakeholders, coordinating tasks, and operating within a team-based environment by willingly providing backup for other staff in the dean’s office, as needed. Must have proven strong data management skills including proficiency with Excel, and familiarity with data analytics platforms.

Hybrid Remote Work: in office 4 days per week; remote 1 day per week.

  • Skill in managing and coordinating course schedules, ensuring smooth logistics and alignment with academic calendars

  • Skill in communication and customer service, providing clear and responsive support to students, faculty, and external partners

Minimum Education & Experience

  • Associate's degree in related field

  • 7 years of related experience
