What you'll do
- Lead an assigned group of team members in a specific area of responsibility within our Ship Center as a hands-on leader.
- Clearly communicate daily goals and individual work assignment to the team.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to our customers, our people, and the company.
