- Work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which includes weekends.

- Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background checks.
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Able to meet the physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 75+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, and working in inclement weather.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

We are hiring a Field Operations Manager to work as part of a team to support a select group of Titan Security accounts. The position will report to a Director of Operations and is primarily responsible for the quality assurance and compliance functions of the team members assigned to their accounts. This is a 2nd Shift position Thursday - Monday 4pm-12am
Must have at least 1 year of continuous managerial experience (preferably in security or a related field) to be considered. Must have availability to work the 2nd Shift and hold over if needed.
