What you'll do
- Delivering engaging 1:1 or small group sessions (up to 1:6) that cater to a range of learning styles.
- Creating lesson plans aligned with EHCP objectives and students' specific interests.
- Assessing student development and recording attainment levels via our internal reporting system.
- Working alongside schools, foster carers, and social workers to ensure a holistic support network.
- Operating strictly in accordance with KCSIE and safeguarding guidelines.

The Role: Empowering Potential
