A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Redbridge is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team. They have dedicated sensory rooms and wonderful outdoor space! This rewarding role involves providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, and SEMH. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCo, with the opportunity to implement tailored support strategies, promote positive behaviour, and encourage pupils’ academic, social and emotional development. Whether you have experience supporting children with SEND or this will be the first time stepping into the classroom, with a patient and resilient approach, and a genuine passion for helping every child reach their full potential, This could be a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference within a supportive school environment,.
