Salary: £95 - £110 per day

Do you have experience supporting pupils with MLD, SLD or complex needs?

Are you patient, adaptable and able to build positive relationships with pupils aged 2 - 19?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with an all-aged SEND school in Bromsgrove, supporting pupils aged 2 - 19 with a range of additional needs. The school provides a supportive and inclusive environment where pupils with MLD, SLD and complex needs are encouraged to develop their independence and reach their full potential.

The school is looking for SEND Teaching Assistants for both flexible work and long-term placements, offering opportunities to suit different availability. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will support pupils with their learning, communication and development while working closely with teachers and other support staff to provide consistent, individualised support.

The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND
• Experience working with MLD, SLD and/or complex needs
• A good understanding of safeguarding and supporting vulnerable pupils
• The ability to build positive relationships with children and young people
• A patient, resilient and adaptable approach
• A willingness to support pupils with their individual learning and development needs
