  • Domain Expertise: Proven experience in B2B and/or digital product management within supply chain or marketplace environments, with deep understanding of supply chain operations, seller ecosystems, and digital commerce platforms.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy, strategic agility, and inspirational vision—influencing without authority and building consensus across diverse teams.
  • Technical Fluency: Familiarity with MLOps, data science frameworks, agile product development, and product quality assurance methodologies such as design thinking and Six Sigma.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong capabilities in structured quantitative and qualitative analysis, with excellent communication skills to deliver insights and drive decision-making.

As a Product Management Senior Advisor, you will drive the development and implementation of new and innovative solutions to modernize and simplify our supply chain planning processes. Working closely with sales, planning, procurement, materials, production and other technical IT teams in cross-functional teams, you will manage the entire lifecycle of highly complex, high-risk programs—from design to delivery.
