  • Provide ongoing support for acquisition underwriting and due diligence.
  • Oversee the development of the company’s capital project software systems.
  • Produce reports summarizing net present values, internal rates of return, payback periods, discount rates, terminal values and capitalization rates.

ELS is hiring for the position of Senior Analyst - Asset Management in Chicago, Illinois.

What you’ll do: 

The Senior Asset Management Analyst produces critical reports summarizing the company’s portfolio and analyzes its performance across various metrics. This position requires periodic travel for meetings and property visits.  

 

Your job will include: 

  • Review and approve draft budgets and long-term capital plans with respect to recurring and non-recurring capital projects, including development, expansion and major upgrade projects.

Estimated compensation for this position in the states of BC, CA, CO, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, VT and WA is:

Annual Salary: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00

The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to the base pay and our benefits, some positions are eligible for bonuses, sales commissions, or incentive pay.
