- Review and approve draft budgets and long-term capital plans with respect to recurring and non-recurring capital projects, including development, expansion and major upgrade projects.
- Complete detailed pro-forma models for capital allocation and investment opportunities.
- Analyze complex data sets, summarize salient information and formulate recommendations.
- Present capital investment recommendations, performance analysis and data on key operational performance indicators.
- Provide ongoing support for acquisition underwriting and due diligence.
- Oversee the development of the company’s capital project software systems.

The Senior Asset Management Analyst produces critical reports summarizing the company’s portfolio and analyzes its performance across various metrics. This position requires periodic travel for meetings and property visits.
Your job will include:

Estimated compensation for this position in the states of BC, CA, CO, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, VT and WA is:
Annual Salary: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to the base pay and our benefits, some positions are eligible for bonuses, sales commissions, or incentive pay.
