About The Position | Major Goals and Objectives and Location Requirements:

People Inc is seeking a Senior Analyst, Digital Pricing to join the Revenue Operations team. This role is responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of rate cards, pricing rules, and guidelines for Sales and Sales Support, ensuring balance between business requirements and marketplace realities.

The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in executing pricing processes, monitoring partnership agreements, and generating actionable reporting and insights to enable profitable sales growth. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Finance, Revenue Strategy, and Account Strategy teams.

Schedule Requirements:

Hybrid 3x a week- (New York) 

In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.
 

About The Team | The Team and/or Brand:

The Digital Sales Systems team administers our systems to streamline operational processes, reporting & analytics.  

About The Position’s Contributions:

Rate Card Management

The Role’s Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience:

3-5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, revenue operations, or pricing.

Digital media and advertising experience preferred

Pay Range

Salary: New York: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00

The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees.
