  • Maintain and enhance governance documentation, including SOPs, job aids, process documentation, acknowledgements, and quality control practices.
  • Help standardize ways of working that improve consistency, scalability, and execution quality across GL&P initiatives.
  • Support content and resource organization across platforms to improve discoverability, usability, and learner experience.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reporting across learning systems and stakeholder groups.
  • Support the evolution of measurement practices by helping automate reporting, improve data integrity, and strengthen visibility into program impact.

Program Coordination & Execution

  • Assist in the execution of learning and coaching programs by maintaining documentation, participant tracking, and alignment across cross-functional partners.
  • Contribute to global-regional collaboration by helping ensure solutions are deployed with consistency while supporting local execution needs.

Continuous Improvement & Enablement

  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen learning operations, reporting, governance, and stakeholder experience.
  • Contribute to initiatives that simplify, standardize, automate, and improve learning and performance processes and tools.
  • Support the adoption of modern and technology-enabled ways of working, including digital tools, reporting enhancements, and knowledge-management improvements.
  • Help capture lessons learned and best practices that can be applied across GL&P teams and programs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
