Senior Assurance & Compliance Analyst

As our Senior Assurance & Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role in helping Tabcorp build a mature and resilient approach to cyber, technology and information security risk. Working across technology, cyber security and business teams, you will influence how risk is understood, assessed and managed, helping protect critical systems and supporting confident decision-making across the organisation. 

 

Your role, your impact 

Reporting to the Digital Risk Manager, you will partner with stakeholders across risk, technology and cyber security to strengthen assurance and compliance practices. Your work will improve visibility of technology risk, support stronger controls and contribute to a more resilient operating environment. 

• Conduct security risk assessments across systems and technology changes 
• Evaluate control effectiveness and identify risk improvement opportunities 
• Assess supplier cyber security risks and assurance obligations 
• Prepare risk insights, dashboards and governance reporting 
• Provide guidance on compliance, controls and policy alignment 
• Support continuous improvement across assurance and risk processes 

 

What you'll need to succeed 

You are a curious and collaborative risk professional who enjoys solving complex problems and building trusted relationships. You combine strong analytical capability with the confidence to provide practical advice and influence positive outcomes. 

• Experienced in cyber security assurance or technology risk environments 
• Strong capability in control testing and risk assessment activities 
• Ability to interpret regulatory and compliance requirements 
• Proven ability to communicate insights to varied stakeholders 
• Experienced working across technology and business functions 
• Knowledge of governance, risk and compliance platforms
