What you'll do

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and controls, including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, boilers, plant rooms, terminal units, and associated control strategies.
  • Advanced experience developing, modifying, and commissioning BMS software and control systems.
  • Strong understanding of BMS architectures and communication protocols, including BACnet and Modbus.
  • Experience leading commissioning activities on large-scale construction or refurbishment projects.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex system integration and performance issues.
  • ECS/CSCS certification and a strong understanding of construction-site health and safety requirements.
  • Experience with motor control systems, VSDs, energy management, and optimisation strategies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective customer relationships.
  • Full UK driving licence.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Commissioning Engineer, you will lead the commissioning and delivery of Building Management System (BMS) projects, ensuring solutions are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with project teams, customers, subcontractors, and service operations, you will provide technical leadership, manage commissioning activities, and support successful project outcomes.
