DHR Enterprise AI Solutions is Danaher's enterprise AI engineering capability, responsible for identifying opportunities, building and scaling reusable AI solutions, and accelerating measurable business impact across operating companies. We combine product, architecture, AI science, engineering and operations to industrialise AI, establish enterprise standards and enable the next generation of AI-powered products, workflows, applications and decision-making.

The Senior Business Analyst & Value Tracking is responsible for establishing, measuring, and communicating the business value of Enterprise AI initiatives across Danaher. This role partners with AI Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Digital & Technology teams, and Operating Companies to define KPIs, quantify benefits, monitor adoption, and track realised value from AI investments.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

1. Define and implement value measurement frameworks for AI products and enterprise AI programs, including productivity, revenue, quality, customer experience, and cost savings metrics.

2. Partner with business stakeholders across Danaher Operating Companies to identify baseline metrics, establish success criteria, and quantify realised business outcomes

3. Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and scorecards using Power BI and other analytics platforms to provide visibility into AI portfolio performance

4. Analyse large and complex datasets from multiple enterprise systems to generate actionable insights and recommendations for business and technology leaders

The Essential Requirements of the Job Include:

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics or related field.

2. Seven plus years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Value Realisation, Strategy Analytics, Financial Analytics, or Program Analytics roles.

3. Strong hands-on experience with Power BI & reporting tools, SQL, Excel, data visualisation techniques, Python, Azure Data Platform and Data visualisation

4. Experience defining KPIs, business metrics, and performance measurement frameworks for digital, software, AI, or transformation initiatives

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

1. AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Digital Transformation programs

2. Value realisation, benefits tracking, or portfolio management practices

3.Data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, or similar technologies
