  • Facilitate cross-functional discussions with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities, define investment opportunities, resolve challenges, and advance product roadmaps.

  • Partner with business and technology teams to conduct product discovery and capability assessments to define scalable solutions, influence design decisions, and ensure technology investments align to targeted business outcomes.
  • Evaluate proposed solutions and process improvements to ensure they deliver measurable value while aligning with regulatory, operational, and industry best practices.
  • Provide product leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle by ensuring solutions align with strategic objectives, business requirements, defined success metrics, and long-term product vision while proactively managing risks and dependencies.
  • Monitor product performance, roadmap execution, and value realization while communicating progress, outcomes, risks, and recommendations to business and executive stakeholders.
  • Influences without direct authority to align senior stakeholders, facilitate trade-off decisions, and manage relationships with vendors and product partners.
  • Integrates business architecture, platform modernization, solution design, data, automation, and delivery considerations into product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Position Purpose:
Independently owns the vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and measurable outcomes for a complex or business-critical product or capability. Pay Range: $107,700.00 - $199,300.00 per year
