Job Description

Under the direction of the Lead Cell Therapy Site Management, the Senior Cell Therapy Site Manager (m/w/d) has the overall responsibility for driving the commercial success, strategic product positioning and differentiation of BMS CAR T products in a highly competitive and rapidly evolving market environment. With three approved indications, the role requires a strong commercial focus, deep disease-area understanding and the ability to translate scientific and market dynamics into impactful account strategies  across the region with the objective of strengthening appropriate customer engagement, supporting effective account development and contributing to BMS’ leadership ambition in cell therapy. Given the time-critical nature of CAR T treatment pathways, the role requires excellent prioritization, fast execution, strong peer-to-peer engagement capabilities and close cross-functional teamwork.
