Engage People are keen to talk to experienced Chartered Surveyors with direct experience in the Commercial Offices space for an exciting opportunity to join an incredible business based in Dublin 2.
This is a transactional role dealing with sales, acquisitions, and lettings of Commercial Offices in the Dublin area and we are looking for people with 3+ years’ experience in this sector here in Ireland.
The role covers Agency & Transactional activity, Client management & Business development, team & departmental contribution as well as the highest professional standards & compliance.
You will be responsible for managing instructions from initial client engagement and all the way through to completion, building strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
