  • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Customer Service, and Sales teams to resolve root causes of recurring payment defaults.
  • Mentor junior collections team members on negotiation best practices, compliance, and dispute resolution.

Job Summary

The Senior Collections Specialist plays a vital role in protecting company capital and maintaining healthy client relationships across a past-due portfolio. Managing complex, high-balance commercial accounts, this position evaluates financial hardship, negotiates structured workout plans, and drives loss mitigation efforts while ensuring strict compliance with regulations.
