What you'll do

  • Lead, plan, execute and monitor several Data Protection initiatives and all the associated streams of work.
  • Analize business & technology teams’ needs from a Data Protection perspective (Regulatory compliance -including but not limited to Privacy and AI-, and Security & Access) and identify & implement adequate solutions, leveraging your data expertise and background to adapt them to data experts’ and Ubisoft’s realities.
  • Coordinate actions with business & production data teams and Data Owners to apply data protection measures to their assets and promote protection principles across the company.
  • Drive change through Ubisoft by engaging your partners and progressively get to a target state where Data Protection is applied by default (Computational Data Governance).
  • Monitor and ensure data protection across the company.
  • Partner closely with Ubisoft technology teams to propose and coordinate the implementation of the right tools/platforms/solutions to support Data Protection principles and standards.
  • Grow data teams skills and awareness about Data Protection through sharing, events, coaching/mentoring as well as Ubisoft employee’s data protection culture.
  • Track and report on progress & success and improve/adapt the framework constantly.
  • Stay up to date on data industry trends and introduce them to the data department and practitioners across the company.
  • Maintain a network of support and expertise.

Job Description

Within Ubisoft International Headquarters, you will join the Ubisoft Data Office, responsible for Ubisoft’s Data Strategy, Governance, and a variety of data services and products for storing, processing, distributing, analyzing, and surfacing data across the company.

You will join the Data Governance team. As Senior Data Protection Specialist, you will play a key role in leading the way towards ensuring Ubisoft’s data protection, encompassing both regulatory compliance and security & access management topics.

Responsibilities
