We are looking for an autonomous, highly experienced Developer Experience (DevEx) Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind improving our developers' day-to-day lives by streamlining the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and optimizing our CI/CD pipelines. You will take full ownership of our build and deployment infrastructure, primarily focusing on Jenkins, to reduce friction, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure fast, reliable software delivery. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in an independent environment, possesses strong scripting capabilities, and makes data-driven decisions based on DORA metrics to continuously elevate engineering productivity.
