Ibotta is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to oversee the IPN Campaign Platform. Your job will be to lead its vision, strategy, and execution. Including the IPN Portal and the APIs sitting underneath, this product stack is used by Clients, Sellers/Account Managers, and Operations to discover insights, activate campaigns, optimize performance, and understand outcomes. It is critical to ensuring the IPN operates as a unified, intuitive, high-performing platform that reflects Ibotta’s evolution from a promotions marketplace into a modern performance marketing engine.

 

You will oversee a growing team of Product Managers across Campaign Design, Optimization, Performance, and Portal Experience, shaping how the IPN supports all user personas and serves as the connective tissue across the full campaign lifecycle. You will also infuse AI into the product process for your team, leveraging AI technologies both within the product and within the product development lifecycle. This is a highly strategic, high-visibility leadership role that requires deep partnership with Engineering, Data Science, UX, Product Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Operations.

 

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

Additional Details:

  • This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks and occasional meals.

  • Base compensation range: $227,000 - $266,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
