Cadent is seeking a highly motivated and deeply knowledgeable Senior Director, Programmatic Sales Strategy & Activation. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on our programmatic offerings, your full-time mandate will be to drive programmatic growth across the Cadent sales team. You will act as the crucial bridge between our GCS/SA sales teams, CIM (Cadent’s SSP), Product, and our agency partners. If you have a deep understanding of the SSP/DSP landscape, experience navigating complex Hold Co accreditations, and a proven track record of enabling sales teams to drive exponential revenue growth, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Go-To-Market Execution: Lead GTM programmatic sales efforts. Partner with the sales team in both pre-sale and post-sale environments to close deals and drive net-new programmatic dollars.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years in programmatic advertising, ad tech, or media sales, with deep expertise in SSPs, DSPs, and programmatic deal structures (PMPs, PG, etc.).
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the agency landscape, specifically Hold Co structures and their programmatic verification/accreditation processes.
