Job Summary:                                        
Strong leadership skills and the ability to handle complex projects in SAAS product and various internal or external systems related financial product.                                         
You will be responsible for Translate product requirements into actionable tasks for the team. in coordination with Product Management team.                                        
In this role you will be working closely with PM and Development team.                                        
                                        
Responsibilities:      
                                 
Project Scope and Management:                                        
Define the project scope, including objectives, deliverables, and constraints.                                        
Manage IT resources, allocate budgets, and handle project constraints.                                        
Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.                                        
Regularly update project progress to the project team and stakeholders.                                        
Code reviews to make sure quality code is delivered.                                        
Stay updated with the latest java technologies and best practices to continuously enhance the code base.                                        
Integrate software solutions with financial systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and data accuracy.                                        
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration points with ERP system and other financial platforms.                                        
Implement and enforce security best practices for treasury system. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards for the domain.                                       
Identify and address performance bottlenecks. Optimize code and database tuning to achieve optimal system performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing domain expertise and technical leadership.                                        
Mentor and guide a team of high-performance engineers.                                        
Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.                                        
Work closely with different teams (Dev + QA) to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high quality releases.                                        
Create and maintain technical documentation for payment system like API documentation, deployment procedures etc.                                        
Collaborate with operations/consulting teams to quickly identify and resolve system issues.                                        
Foster a culture of delivering high-quality and robust products.                                        
Collaborate with the DevOps team to define and manage the infrastructure needed for applications using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation,  Ansible, any Java profiler Hands on experience in the devops tools like kubernetes, Kafka, Cassandra Work with the DevOps team to set up comprehensive monitoring and observability solutions for different artifacts.
Ensure that your Java application's codebase is integrated and tested regularly using CI tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions. 
Work with the DevOps team to for identifying areas for optimization, implementing new technologies, Identifying and addressing challenges or bottlenecks in the existing pipeline                                        
                                        
Requirements:
                            
Extensive experience in Java development with a focus on high available financial systems.                                        
"Project Scope and Management"  Strong leadership skills and the ability to handle complex projects
Proven track record of managing software development teams.                                        
Translate product requirements into actionable tasks for the team.                                        
Efficiently allocate resources and manage project constraints                                        
Streamline development processes and maintain effective communication.                                        
Familiarity with ERP systems and their integrations.                                        
Experience in microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker,Kubernetes)                                        
Experience in working with frameworks such as Spring Boot, ReactJS                                         
Exposure to multi-cloud environments. Should have decent understanding of any one cloud providers.                                        
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.                                        
Effective written and verbal communication skills.                                        
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.                                        
Strong knowledge and hands on experience in Java based technologies.                                        
Experience in working with frameworks such as Spring Boot, ReactJS,                                         
Database/Storage systems : MySQL, Snowflake, AWS S3, NAS etc.                                        
Basic understanding of analytics frameworks.                                        
Basic understanding of DevOps tools such as New Relic, OverOps, JMeter, Memory analysers etc.
