Key Responsibilities:
1. Project deliverables
a. Manage all operational aspects to meet the defined process and quality.
b. Support new partners to plan and launch an ECHO program.
c. Ensure fidelity to ECHO model is being met for all assigned partners.
d. Plan and coordinate for training sessions as per process and / or partner need.
2. Data management
a. Coordinate with the tech team for partner onboarding on iECHO.
b. Ensuring program data is being collected, updated and monitored on a regular basis.
c. Update project management tools or any other software being used for partner management.
3. Partner relationship
a. Build and manage relationship with existing and new partners.
b. Proactively identify and escalate partner issues to reporting head.
c. Visit partner site, if needed.
4. Key Performance Indications: (Measurable Aspects):
a. Meeting timelines (as defined in the process) for all program activities.
b. Process compliance - ensuring 100% compliance (as defined in the process) on all new programs launched.
c. % of programs meeting fidelity to ECHO model.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Nursing
Experience: 4 - 7 years
Language: English, Hindi
Knowledge, Skill, and Ability
· Broad knowledge and experience in project management
· Good communication skills (verbal and written)
· Conceptual thinking
· Analytical thinking
Travel - Occasionally
