Do you thrive on advising C-level leaders, entrepreneurs, and private equity funds and helping them create lasting business impact?

Birn+Partners is growing in The Netherlands and looking for an experienced, business-driven Senior Executive Search Consultant to join our international team. As part of our Dutch team, you’ll:

• Advise top executives and owner-led companies on leadership, strategy, and organizational development

• Lead executive search processes for key leadership positions

• Coach leaders through their first 100 days and support team and leadership development

• Contribute to and promote our Board Services

• Build and nurture client relationships while developing your own portfolio

• Collaborate with colleagues across Europe on cross-border assignments.

You’ll be supported by a strong in-house team in research, marketing, business development, and assessment, giving you the freedom to focus on what you do best: creating value for leaders and organizations.

What You Bring

We imagine you have:

• A strong network at C-level or experience from leadership roles in the private sector

• Proven commercial drive and a genuine interest in business and people

• Excellent advisory and relationship-building skills

• A master’s degree or equivalent professional experience

• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to simplify complex challenges

• Fluency in Dutch and English.
