- Manage end-to-end freight shipments across air, ocean, and road, including complex and time-sensitive movements
- Serve as the key point of contact for major customers, providing timely updates throughout the shipment process
- Prepare and verify customs documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, hauliers, and overseas partners to book and track shipments
- Generate quotes, price jobs, and monitor profit margins while seeking opportunities for efficiencies
- Resolve shipment delays and other issues promptly, escalating when necessary
- Support and mentor junior team members within the operations team
- Maintain accurate records and produce reports on operational activities
- Adhere to quality standards, including AEO compliance, and contribute to ongoing process improvements
