The role:

At Crown Sydney, creating exceptional experiences starts with keeping our people and guests safe. We're looking for an experienced safety & injury management professional to drive our HSW strategy and support a strong culture of safety within Sydney’s most iconic entertainment destinations.

You'll partner with operational leaders across the property to provide expert guidance on injury management prevention, return to work plans, safety and wellbeing initiatives - helping to shape continuous improvement and overall engagement in HSW.

This is a highly visible and influential role where you'll combine technical expertise with hands-on support. From leading key safety initiatives and investigations, to driving compliance and best practice, you'll be the go-to expert for all things health and safety. You'll be part of a high-performing and collaborative team on-property, whilst learning from and working with our group HSW function in Melbourne & Perth.
