Job Description

Sr. Human Resources Generalist - Onsite Manufacturing supporting our Fremont manufacturing location, you'll drive people initiatives to shape & execute bold people strategies. 

Your mission: Champion people development, revolutionize talent pipelines, optimize organizational efficiency, and lead dramatic change management efforts. This high-impact Sr. HR Generalist position is laser-focused on driving cultural transformation to crush goals related to people initiatives, employee relations, and supporting site leadership.  The Fremont site employs approximately 400 employees in a Union Manufacturing location and is a high visibility site with a large employee population that produces Ketchup and supports an hourly workforce onsite. 

   

This position requires an Onsite Presence Monday-Friday and will include some work outside of first shift operating hours.  This is a 24/7 Manufacturing Site.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$77,800.00 - $97,300.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
