  • Provide transactional and advisory legal services to risk managers and business representatives within Citi’s Equities Derivatives and Cash businesses, which focus on providing financial services to institutional clients, including hedge funds and issuers.
  • Provide legal advice and regulatory guidance for equity derivatives, equity cash trading, margin loans and fund financing products, and legal advice in areas of securities laws, broker-dealer regulation, swaps regulations, margin requirements, security interests and insolvency law.
  • Apply familiarity with equity derivatives and cash trading, including financial and operational aspects of both markets.
  • Negotiate, draft, and analyze transaction agreements.
  • Coordinate among various groups in a large, complex organization, and with external parties.
  • Convey complex concepts in a straightforward, understandable manner orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a proactive mindset.
