About this role

Toddle is an AI-powered teaching and learning platform for K–12 schools. Built by educators, for educators, it is used by over 200,000 educators across 2,500+ schools in 100+ countries.

Teachers today work 50+ hours a week. Too much of that time is spent navigating fragmented systems and administrative overhead. Our BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) is to save teachers 10+ hours every week while helping elevate their practices, so that time can go back to what matters most - teaching, learning, and meaningful time with students.

Our approach is three-pronged.

First, Toddle brings the entire teaching and learning lifecycle into one place. Teachers plan and map curriculum, create assessments and gradebooks, maintain student portfolios, communicate with families, and generate progress reports and transcripts - all from a single, coherent system. Toddle also supports adjacent workflows where teachers are closely involved, including attendance, timetables, calendars, accreditation, behaviour management, analytics, and insights.

Second, every layer of the platform is deeply AI-powered. Educators work with a thoughtful AI partner to plan curriculum, create lessons and assessments, assist with grading, write progress report comments, and derive insights from data. Toddle also offers student-facing AI Tutors, enabling highly personalized and immersive learning experiences.

Third, Toddle integrates seamlessly with the broader school technology ecosystem. The platform supports 50+ integrations across SIS platforms, content providers, data & integration platforms, and workspaces such as Google, Apple, and Microsoft.

You can watch our founder and CEO’s overview of Toddle here.

Alongside Toddle, we're building GrowHall, the complete content platform for the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP). GrowHall provides the content across 24 subjects, spanning all six IB subject groups and Theory of Knowledge. Today, that library holds:

  • 28 interactive digital textbooks
  • 1,300+ curriculum-aligned videos
  • 22,500+ exam-style questions
  • 130+ full mock exams

All of this gives every IBDP student and teacher a full library to learn and prepare from, with an AI assistant on hand to answer questions in context as they read the textbooks. This content has been created and reviewed by 30+ IB teachers and examiners from 15+ countries. While Toddle powers the workflows, GrowHall provides the content, creating the complete IBDP ecosystem, used by schools around the world.

Headquartered in India with a multicultural team across 20+ countries, Toddle is built by former educators and school practitioners who understand the realities of classrooms firsthand. We care deeply about craft, clarity, and reducing unnecessary complexity for teachers. People who thrive at Toddle enjoy building thoughtful systems, care about real-world impact, and are motivated by long-term change in K-12 education.

Here’s what you’ll be doing

As a Senior Manager, Mathematics, you will own your group’s subjects end-to-end. You will create content for your own subject, lead a bench of expert authors, and hold every subject in the group to a rigorous, IB-aligned standard. That last part takes real depth: you know your subject inside out, and you know the other subjects in your group well enough to judge their content with confidence.

This is a senior content and learning-design role built on deep IB expertise and a sharp editorial eye.

1) Own quality and academic rigour across your group's subjects
  • Create flagship content for your subject to define what high-quality, IB-aligned content looks like across your group.
  • Review every resource and assessment before it ships for IB alignment and editorial accuracy.
  • Maintain structured templates for every content type.
  • Track IB syllabus and assessment updates, and ensure that all content on the library is current and relevant.
  • Keep live content healthy: fix broken links, failed images, and reported issues yourself, or route the niche ones to an author.

2) Build and lead a bench of expert authors
  • Find, recruit, and manage experienced IB educators and authors on a contractual basis, scaling the bench by subject.
  • Set clear expectations and give feedback that is honest and kind, so everyone's work lands at the same standard.

3) Own the AI for your subjects
  • Create and review the AI prompts and tutors for your subjects.
  • Work with the central AI team on the frameworks that keep prompts consistent and reliable.

4) Market your subjects to teachers
  • Write subject-specific content that earns educators' attention: blogs, discussion forums, and social posts.
  • Host workshops for the schools using GrowHall, and work with the events team to get GrowHall in front of the right people.

Is this someone that looks like you?

  • Have 3+ years as a DP teacher or coordinator. Educators, former school leaders, and people with strong education-adjacent experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Know IB assessment deeply: criteria and rubrics, eAssessment and paper formats, and what separates an exam-style question that works from one that doesn't.
  • Write exceptionally well, and can raise the standard of others' writing through direct, empathetic feedback.
  • Lead editorially: you can build content and guide a team of expert authors to one consistent bar.
  • Think like a marketer as well as an educator. You are comfortable designing events and campaigns that build awareness and pipeline, not only producing content.
  • Manage projects well across multiple consultants, timelines and stakeholders, holding both the big picture and the detail.
  • Use research and data to decide what to build and how to take it to market.
  • Bring the qualities we hire for at Toddle: coach-ability, curiosity, ownership, hustle and humility.
  • Location: 100% remote.
