Job Summary

Primary Purpose
The EMEA Payroll Manager is responsible for leading accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery across the EMEA region. The role oversees the full payroll cycle for hourly and salaried employees, including commissions and stock-related transactions, working across Workday and third-party payroll providers. Reporting to the Global Payroll Director, this leader will manage and develop the regional payroll team while partnering closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will bring substantial payroll and HR operations experience, people leadership capability, and hands-on knowledge of Workday or a comparable payroll platform. They will be analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable managing competing priorities, and able to communicate effectively across organizational levels. Experience in a shared services environment, continuous improvement, LEAN or Six Sigma methods, and automation would be valuable.
