What you'll do
- Own and deliver the Visa Acceptance Solutions sales agenda for Egypt, Libya and Sudan, with direct accountability for new business development, client expansion, pipeline generation, deal conversion and revenue growth.
- Proactively identify, qualify and pursue sales opportunities across enterprise merchants, acquirers, PAYFACs, processors, fintechs and strategic partners, using market insight and client engagement to originate new demand.
- Build, manage and advance a high-quality sales pipeline from prospecting and qualification through proposal, commercial negotiation, contracting, implementation and revenue delivery.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans that convert market priorities, client needs and Visa Acceptance Solutions capabilities into clear sales actions and measurable commercial outcomes.
- Lead senior-level client engagement, solution positioning, sales presentations and commercial discussions with a clear focus on closing opportunities and creating long-term client value.
- Partner closely with Country Management, Account Executives, Product, Risk, Marketing, Sales Engineering and Client Services to shape client propositions, progress strategic deals and ensure successful execution after signature.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial constructs, discounts and contractual terms within approved parameters, ensuring disciplined deal execution and alignment with revenue and profitability objectives.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of ecommerce, omni-commerce, fraud management, digital payments and acceptance technologies, and use this expertise to position differentiated solutions against client needs and competitive alternatives.
- Maintain strong visibility on local market dynamics, product requirements, regulatory considerations and competitive activity to surface new opportunities and sharpen Visa Acceptance Solutions positioning.
- Provide regular, accurate and action-oriented updates on pipeline, forecast, deal progression, risks and revenue outlook across all relevant product lines and services.

Overview:
This role sits within Visa’s Value-Added Services team and is responsible for driving the growth of Visa Acceptance Solutions (Cybersource) across Egypt, Libya and Sudan, with clear ownership of sales origination, pipeline creation, deal conversion and revenue delivery. The successful candidate will proactively pursue opportunities across enterprise merchants, acquirers, Payfacs, processors, fintechs and strategic partners, positioning Visa Acceptance Solutions as a core enabler of digital commerce, payment acceptance and fraud management growth.
This is a senior commercial sales position requiring strong payments expertise, disciplined pipeline execution and the ability to engage credibly with senior client stakeholders. The candidate will lead consultative, value-based sales conversations, translate client needs into compelling propositions, and drive opportunities from prospecting through negotiation, contracting, implementation and revenue realization.
