About the Role

As our Studios footprint continues to expand across the country, we're seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Coordinator to help scale our production and marketing operations. This role serves as a critical operational partner to our field producers, editors, social media team, and Studios leadership, ensuring projects move efficiently from planning through delivery while maintaining an exceptional agent experience.

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, creative operations, project management, production coordination, or a related field.

Compensation

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.

The national base pay range for this position within the United States is $65,000 - $75,000 USD.

Your Location

This position is on-site eligible for candidates based in the New York City area. The role may include occasional work at additional SERHANT. offices or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. Candidates must live within the United States.
