  • Experience driving methodology improvements, automation initiatives, and engineering best practices.
  • Customer-facing experience and participation in technical roadmap discussions are advantageous.

Introduction

As a Senior Member of Technical Staff within our IP Engineering organization at GF, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of high-performance compute IP solutions. This position combines deep technical expertise with engineering leadership. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations, driving technical execution, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex IP development programs. The role offers the opportunity to influence product direction, engineering methodologies, and organizational capability while contributing to cutting-edge semiconductor technologies.

Your Job

In this role, you will:

Expected Salary Range

81.907,20 € - 122.860,80 €
