Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Occupational Therapist to lead therapy provision at a specialist school in Chigwell, on behalf of a private provider.
This is a leadership role within a therapeutic education setting, offering the opportunity to shape service delivery, mentor junior clinicians, and maintain a hands-on clinical caseload.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Lead the delivery of high-quality OT services across the school
- Supervise and support junior therapists
- Conduct complex assessments and develop advanced intervention plans
- Collaborate with senior education and care staff
- Represent OT in multi-agency meetings and contribute to EHCP reviews
- Drive service development and uphold clinical standards

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in paediatric or SEN settings
- Proven leadership and supervision experience
- Advanced knowledge of sensory integration and therapeutic models
- Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
