Job Description

As a Senior PBI & Automation Developer, you will take ownership of developing and continuously improving business-critical data, reporting and automation solutions for internal customers across our global organization.

Working closely with product owners and business experts, you will transform complex business requirements and data into meaningful, user-friendly solutions. While Power BI and data analytics will be at the heart of your role, you will also have the opportunity to work with automation, low-code technologies and AI-supported solutions.

 

Your tasks:

► Design, develop and continuously improve Power BI reports, dashboards and data solutions

► Create and maintain scalable data models and Premium Data Sets, ensuring reliable and consistent reporting

► Translate complex business requirements into effective and user-friendly reporting and analytics solutions

► Work closely with product owners, business experts and international stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle

► Integrate, transform and analyze data from multiple sources and turn it into actionable business insights

► Ensure high standards of data quality, performance and maintainability across reporting solutions

► Identify opportunities for automation and process digitalization and implement solutions that simplify everyday business processes, using tools such as n8n, Power Automate and other workflow automation technologies

► Develop and improve low-code solutions using Power Apps, OutSystems and other low-code / Microsoft Power Platform technologies

► Explore and apply AI-supported tools and technologies to enhance reporting, analytics and automation

► Provide professional support to users and stakeholders and continuously improve existing solutions based on business needs and feedback

 

Qualifications

► University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Economics or a related field

► At least 5 years of professional experience in Power BI development, Business Intelligence, data analytics or a comparable field

► Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including the development of complex reports, dashboards and enterprise-level reporting solutions

► Strong knowledge of data modelling, DAX and Power Query

► Experience in integrating and transforming data from multiple sources and translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions

► Good understanding of data quality, performance optimization and sustainable BI solution design

► Experience or strong interest in automation, digitalization and low-code development, including technologies such as n8n, Power Automate, Power Apps and OutSystems

► Independent, proactive and solution-oriented working style with the ability to take ownership of complex development topics

► Strong communication skills and confidence in working with both technical and business stakeholders in an international environment

► Very good command of English, both written and spoken

 

What gives you further advantages:

► Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate

► Experience with workflow automation and process orchestration, particularly with n8n, Power Automate or similar automation platforms

► Experience with low-code development platforms, especially Power Apps, OutSystems or similar technologies

► Knowledge of SQL and modern data platforms

► Experience with enterprise-scale Power BI environments, shared datasets and reporting governance

► Experience in process automation and workflow digitalization

► Practical experience with AI tools and AI-supported business solutions

► Experience in HR analytics or HR reporting
