ES Properties is seeking a hands-on Senior Property Manager to support resident relationships, property upkeep, collections, documentation, maintenance coordination, and daily operations across a growing multifamily portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations for a multifamily apartment portfolio.
  • Conduct property inspections and address maintenance, safety, service, and turnover needs.
  • Ensure lease requirements, company policies, and community standards are followed.

Resident Relations

  • Serve as a primary contact for resident questions, concerns, and escalated issues.
  • Communicate clearly, follow through, and support resident satisfaction and retention.

Maintenance & Vendor Coordination
