The Role As Senior Property Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of newly registered flag ship condominium properties, leading a team of Property Managers managing day-to-day operations in alignment with the Condominium Act and corporate standards. This leadership role focuses on operational performance, client relations, and staff development while ensuring properties are well-maintained, fiscally sound, and compliant.
