Job Description

• Be responsible for Quality of SGS Vietnam includings Inspection/Lab and Product Certification
• Assist National Quality Manager with the implementation and maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System ISO 9001, 17025, 17020, 17065 and other Standards) and, to ensure that quality requirements are not subordinated to any prejudicial interests
• Be responsible to work with External audit team and be a auditor to join in Internal audit program 
• Support Quality Manager in training personel on all matters affecting Quality Management and Quality Improvement
• Have to follow up the implementation of corrective and preventive actions and solutions
• Be a technical Quality auditor to perform internal audit for whole SGS Labs to ensure the Quality control activities/Comply testing method are managed. Perform Quality Training /Quality talk at defined schedule to ensure the Quality commitment rate in SGS Vietnam at high level
• To look for continous improvement for QMS by analyse the non-conformities of SGS Vietnam. 
• Responsible for review all accreditation documents/records, especially technical data from Labs to ensure all are valid and meet requirements of external accreditation bodies.
• Be responsible to build up/ manage accreditation ISO 17065 Product certification system for Labs and Inspection sectors.  Target is to form  a market of Vietnam local Product certification for SGS VietnamResponsible for register of Government licence (Decree 22, Circular,….) for All BUs 
• Perform other tasks required by National Quality & Operational Excellence Manager. In the absence of the Quality Officer, the Quality Supervsior shall assume the aforesaid responsibilitie
• Supporting OE teams in follow up actions of LEAN/Digital project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in technical field such as Chemistry, Biotechnology,…
• At least 5 years of experience in Laboratory QA/technical auditor in Lab
• Fundamental knowledge of related division activities
• Knowledge in ISO 17025/9001/17020/17065 or equipvalent
• Knowledge in testing/validation/Quality control in Chemical /physical area
