Senior Research Associate - Advanced Analytical Technology

Role & responsibilities

• Would be responsible for managing 1-2 people such as interns, apprentice or trainee
• Candidate would be responsible for ensuring required training for intern and trainees and daily supervision of work of trainees and interns and apprentice
• Expected to work on the bench and should have hands on experience for instruments such as HPLC, CE, SoloVPE related techniques.
• Knowledge on empower software and autointegration would be an advantage
• Would be involved in document preparation and review of MQP, MOA, MQR, Specification, analytical similarity studies

Qualification: MSc/ MTech

Experience Range:

• 5-8 years experience in analytical for biopharmaceuticals
• Should know method qualification for HPLC, CE, SoloVPE related techniques

Technical Skill Requirement:

• Hands on experience for HPLC based methods such as SE HPLC, CEX HPLC, Poly 20 measurement, RP HPLC, SoloVPE analysis, Capillary Electrophoresis related based techniques such as CE SDS R & NR, cIEF.
• CE analysis on Maurice system would be an added advantage

Soft Skill Requirement:

• Fluent in English
• Able to present technical data in internal meeting
• Able to facilitate required work by coordinating with cross functional team
• Able to provide required mentoring and guidance to juniors in the lab
