  • Ensure strong pipeline governance, forecast accuracy, and operational excellence.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional partner and customer experiences.

  • Build strong relationships with HPE and key stakeholders to drive mutual success.

To Set You Up for Success, We Are Looking for the Following Skills and Experience

  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of delivering revenue and profitability growth.

  • Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and performance metrics.

  • Ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution.

  • Experience working within vendor, channel, distribution, or technology environments.

Candidates must have demonstrable experience working within the Networking business, including a strong understanding of networking technologies, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies.
