Your new role
As a Senior Site Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of construction projects, taking ownership of engineering activities on site and ensuring works are completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with the project programme and quality requirements.
You will work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors, consultants, and the wider project team, providing technical leadership and ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the construction process.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating all engineering activities on site.

Leadership & Team Development
- Providing mentorship and technical support to Junior and Site Engineers.
- Supporting the development of graduate engineers and junior team members.
