We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent with a strong background delivering large-scale heavy civil concrete projects. The Role As the Senior Superintendent, you will lead all field operations related to major concrete and civil construction activities on a large-scale infrastructure project. You will oversee Superintendents, General Foremen, subcontractors, and field crews while ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with schedule, quality, and productivity targets. This role requires a strong technical understanding of heavy civil concrete construction, including complex form work systems, structural sequencing, crane coordination, pours, and large crew management. The position is based on Vancouver Island and involves overnight projects operations.
