What you'll do

  • Support the Facilities Management team in maintaining the assigned facility and carrying out facilities management duties as required.
  • Ensure timely and effective maintenance of building systems in accordance with established KPIs and SLAs.
  • Manage facility maintenance activities, including building, mechanical and electrical (M&E), environmental cleaning, horticultural, and landscaping works.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, service providers, and technicians, including issuing work orders, monitoring work performance, and conducting audits and inspections.
  • Coordinate and administer work requests and work orders received from clients, ensuring all supporting documents are properly maintained.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, contractors, and external agencies to ensure maintenance programmes and project schedules are executed smoothly.
  • Utilize Computerised Facilities Management (FM) systems for preventive and corrective maintenance, cost tracking, certification of works, reporting, and records management.
  • Prepare costing and quotations based on the Fixed Schedule of Rates.
  • Review and verify subcontractors' quotations, claims, and costing submissions.
  • Conduct routine building inspections, site audits, and condition assessments to ensure compliance with operational and safety requirements.
  • Attend to emergency maintenance issues and after-office-hour call-outs during standby duty.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary
