  • Manage the lifecycle of technology vendors from evaluation and onboarding through renewal or termination.
  • Maintain a centralized inventory of technology vendors, ownership assignments, contracts, key milestones, and governance records.
  • Coordinate contract reviews, renewals, approvals, and vendor governance activities across multiple stakeholder groups.

About the Role & Team
You'll be joining the Technology Enablement team at PENN Entertainment, a function responsible for helping our technology organization operate at scale. The team drives operational excellence across vendor management, governance, financial processes, and strategic initiatives.  As a Senior Technology Vendor Manager, you'll oversee the governance and lifecycle management of PENN's technology vendor portfolio. This portfolio includes a diverse set of strategic vendors that support every aspect of the business, from cloud infrastructure and AI-assisted software development tools to gaming systems, sports betting platforms, casino technologies, slot systems, food and beverage point-of-sale systems, hotel property management platforms, and other mission-critical technologies that power PENN's digital and retail operations.  

You'll serve as the central coordinator between technology leaders, business stakeholders, legal, sourcing, finance, and vendor partners to ensure contracts, renewals, approvals, invoicing, and vendor performance activities are executed effectively.  This role is ideal for someone who thrives in highly cross-functional environments, builds strong relationships, creates structure where there is complexity, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

Salary Range
$110,000—$150,000 CAD
