What you'll do
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality training programs and enablement materials for Telesat’s Business Support System (BSS) and the Canadian Department of National Defence (DND) customer under the Enhanced Satellite Communication Project (ESCP)
- Be accountable for the full training deliverable set, spanning the BSS, LEO Mission and Network Operations training and User Terminal (UT) operations and field maintenance training
- Translate complex technical content into structured, self-paced, and instructor-led curricula that meet Canada’s accessibility, format, and Learning Management System requirements
